A vivid journey through the life of Pharrell Williams, through the lens of LEGO animation
Released the same year as Illumination’s Gru and the Haunted Mansion (2024); coincidentally, both films feature music by Pharrell Williams and are distributed by Comcast-owned studios (Universal Pictures and Focus Features, respectively).
Additionally, “Happy” from Gru on a Top Secret Mission (2013) will be featured in the film
The opening Universal Pictures, Focus Features, Tremolo Productions, and Lego Group studio logos are made up of Lego bricks.
In early screenings, the film’s Universal logo was not present in the opening

Rating: 7.5 Overall, a very good film that opens up the possibilities of what kind of stories we can tell through Lego Animation; but it’s basically a biased documentary about Pharrell Williams’ life.
