Alana Higman, a die-hard Kansas City Chiefs cheerleader and her family compete to win the team’s Fan of the Year competition, in a process judged by Director of Fan Engagement Derrick. The movie was shot on location in Independence, Missouri’s historic Independence Square, which actually looks like it did that year.

They really got along
I’m a Chiefs fan; I’m a Hunter King fan, but I’m a Tyler Hines fan, but I wish I could stop there, but I don’t. I don’t know how to make it to the end of such a movie.
He was quite good in the role of the crooked old man
I didn’t find the chemistry between Hines and King to be very strong. The writing was so-so and the overall plot was a bit weird to me and the supporting cast and Ed Begley, Jr.

I found it interesting that there’s a scene where the whole family gets egged on in a Hallmark movie.
